Wednesday's almost over!! YiPeE

so not that i have anything against wednesdays...but you know it's the middle of the week and now it's closer to the weekend. you all know how i feel.

but reasons why i'm super excited to today to be over.

1. tomorrow is trash day!!! usually i'm not so excited for trash day, but we have a lot of trash right now. my husband said he'd take care of it for me, but it seems easier and more probable (is that a word) to just wait for trash day.

2. tomorrow we get to bave Brinner.

what's brinner - think breakfast for dinner. the other day we were watching scrubs and turk learned spanish to surprise his wife for their anniversary and all he wanted was brinner. he over heard his wife talking to her sister on the phone and she said if he'd just clean up the apartment she'd make him his brinner. so he got brinner and didn't tell his wife he learned spanish. long story short we don't have breakfast enough for dinner and ever since that episode i've wanted brinner.

3. my brother is coming to visit on friday. i can't wait to see him and meet the friends he's bringing + i don't have to cook friday (bbq at my moms), and i'll probably get out of cooking saturday and sunday too!!!

so those are my reasons to be so excited for today to be over, except tomorrow i have to run again - which is normally fine except i have a wierd toe/blister bleeding thing going on. and you're thinking "thanks for sharing that". i cut my toenails hopefully that helps. plus i still have a day of tumbling this week, but it's the fun day cause it's when all my friends come not the day where i feel like i'm babysitting a whole preschool class for an hour (that's today, and i pretty much babysit a preschool class, 12-15 kids, for an hour + my kids, but the preschool teachers give them snack)

and because this is a photo blog and i just can't seem to get enough of my kids...

have a wonderful wednesday, thursday, and weekend!!! who's knows if i'll blog again.

i took some quick pics today with my sis-in-laws. they are so stinking cute and fun to be around. my kids absolutely adore them and i'm so glad to have these genes in my family. they're the most gorgeous girls.

so after doing nothing all morning i decided to take the kids to the explora.


my pictures got mixed up a bit this is elijah's soccor picture. well kind of, we're too cheap to actually BUY the pictures that some other company takes of the kids, we thought we could do at least as good if not better. well this is what we get...this may not be the best picture we took of him, but it was my favorite.
and this is from explora today, i told you they got mixed up. gotta love those New Mexico blue skies. i think it's one of my favorite colors!!!

and here's some pictures that i've been meaning to share since EASTER!!! i just barely put them on my computer today. but they are too much fun to not share.



and from the bio park a couple of weeks ago (maybe a month, time goes by really fast!) i think i want to print it pretty big put a simple frame around it and put it in my bathroom. what do you think?

bad blogger

sorry for the lack of posts lately. i just wanted to post a note real fast to let you know i'm still here and i've been kind of busy. but i know that's no excuse to ignore my blog!!!

so last week was a little crazy.
monday - i ran a little, we went to the zoo, and i had elijah's prek meeting for next year. it's such an awesome preschool and i can't wait for next year.

tuesday - e-town had school, went grocery shopping, and then i went to enrichment

wednesday - i ran a little more, i taught tumbling, went to lunch with my mom, then i had young womens that evening (i got a new calling young womens counselor, it's going to be fun but a lot of work to get everyone out and excited, plus there's that whole girls camp thing coming up, i want to get involved but not really sure i'm ready to dedicate my entire week to camping)

thursday - school again, dion's with my sisters and mom, i love thursday lunch!! then i came home and cleaned, cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned some more. (but if you came to my house right now you'd wonder about all that cleaning) i'm still kind of mad about forgetting to put our trash out on thursday someone, probably our neighbors, thought our trash can looked like a good spot to put all they're beer bottles last week even though their trash can was not full at all (i'm thinking someone possibly a teenager was trying to hide them) so now my trash is way full and i still have trash i need to put in there and the trash doesn't get picked up til thursday if i remember to put it out!!!

friday - mario off from work!!! so we went to tumbling, then lunch with my mom. then we went to lowe's with our gift card and bought a bunch of plants (cucumber, bell peppers, green chile, tomatoes) we came home and cleaned up the back yard, Finally!! it looks totally awesome and watered (it's been pretty neglected) i had so many blisters and owies from pulling grass out of my flowers.

saturday - i went to girls camp clinic from 9-11, brouht my niece home and she watched the kids while mario and i ran 5.5 miles (i dont' konw about this half marathon thing, those 5 miles were kind of hard) then mario's mom came over for lunch, mario went to a baptism i stayed home and cleaned up a little, then our friends came over for some game playing and kid ignoring. it was the best.

did i mention elijah was up coughing all thursday, friday and saturday night? so sleep was a little scarce i dont' feel like myself unless i get a good 8 hours sleep. and last night elijah slept much better but ashleigh started the hacking, but she still slept all night. so today i'm feeling pretty good, if i can find a place to put all my trash until thursday. i was going to post some pictures but my computer isn't hooked up to my BIG hard drive and blah, blahm blah i'll do it later. except the pictures i have are from easter i'm so a slacker!!! hopefully this week i'll get over to my friends house her baby is 4 months old and we've been trying for the last 4 months to get together and take pictures. last week we got really close. this little boy and his brother are mighty adorable and i am really excited to take pictures.

sorry for the long post i just was looking for an excuse to show that i actually do have a life away from the computer. even if it's not all that exciting it keeps me busy. maybe if i ate out less last week i would've had more time to blog!

beautiful saturday at the bio park

i can't believe i got to spend a couple of hours taking pictures of the two most fun and gorgeous families. i had SO much fun, and the day was just perfect!!! i really hope everyone else had as much fun as i did and i especially hope they enjoy their pictures!! there were soo many to choose from to post.
