i'm in baby heaven this year. i have so many friends having babies right now. i'm super excited to see them all and take pictures of them all (hint hint) the first baby of the year madeleine eabha (pronounced like ava). she's a doll and perfect in every way. i was just a little sad taking pictures of her because it seems like devyn should still be that little.

morgan and kristine
after more than a month of being married we finally got around to taking pictures (and after 2 weeks of sitting on my camera they finally made it to the computer!)
we had fun frolicking around old town trying to pretend it wasn't cold. i was wearing a jacket and i was cold. i didn't realize until editing these pictures my sister was wearing short sleeves. it was COLD!!! but well worth it. what's 45 minutes of cold for some pretty pictures?
i'm so happy for them, and they're pretty cute together.

devyn 2 months
i'm tryingto get motivated to work, but i'm just enjoying this little girl. she's already growing so fast and i'm afraid to miss it.
yesterday she had her 2 month appointment.
10 lbs 8.5 ounces
22 inches
in the 50% except her head is in the 25%.
the doc said she's healthy, beautiful and alert
i might add she has a little temper and doesn't like people bugging her (aka; doc, nurse giving shots, and ashleigh and elijah on occasion)
she loves smiling and is almost laughing. she loves funning noises and thought avatar was pretty cool (she probably would've liked it better if we got her 3d glasses)
i have mixed feelings about her growing up. i can't wait to see her littlr personality come out more and see her interact with the other two, but i love her just the way she is right now (which is already different from yesterday)

pam & jardane
the best way to end another year is with a beautiful bride (it's also the best way to start a new year). i loved, loved, LOVED being able to shoot this couple. it made the best end to my year.

being able to see two people make that promise to be together forever and feeling the love between them reminded me of how special my family is. and they were totally fun to be around. and they were really cute too!!! the whole family was awesome.
sorry to keep you waiting for the pics. it's been hard getting back into a routine and getting up in the morning. these will be in the mail tomorrow (hopefully).

christmas/new year
i am going to be completely honest. i did not take one picture christmas eve or christmas day (not even on my cell phone). i was too busy just enjoying the people around me.
the week before christmas was a blast. my brother and his family came in and we got to spend the whole week with them playing. here's the one time i did take out my camera. the cousins got the 4-wheelers out and played in grandma's backyard. lindsey (the oldest) came up with a fun game. ashleigh called it "ring the gak" - from dr. suess. i guess they had to go around and pick up hoola hoops from different spots in the yard and throw them on the tree that doesn't grow (it's been that size since i was in high school)
christmas was the best. mario got to be home and i didn't have to wake up to take elijah to school. it was simple and relaxing we didn't stress about buying big presents this year. but my sister did come up with the perfect present for my dad. i'll have to take pictures of us using it sometime (it's an awesome popcorn popper, very old fashioned looking).
new years - we started celebrating a little early, wednesday night. and we spent the rest of the week have friends over and going over to friends houses. finally last night we all crashed at 7! it's been the best vacation ever, but i'm so looking forward to this year and SPRING!!!
i think this is going to be the best year ever. i already love 2010! and having 3 kids is just like multiplying all the fun and craziness by 3. i hope you all had a wonderful holiday and will have a great new year also.
