we went to the balloon fiesta last saturday. i have a hard time taking pictures of just the balloons. i get bored. i'm much more interested in what the people are doing around me.
i did take pictures of just balloons (i thought i'd make some prints and put them in a little book for elijah to take to school they just studied about hot air ballons), just i've seen so many posts of balloons lately. what's your favorite part about the balloon fiesta? i love that it's one of the only places you can go and stare at people. they're too busy looking up, or looking through a camera lens to even notice. mario and i decided it would be pretty funny to just go around jumping in front of people's cameras right as they're taking a picture. (and then give them a card with your email and ask them to email the picture to you). hahaha, are we the only ones who think that's funny?

i totally understand your frustration in that moment with ashleigh on "why bother" and feel the same way when i could have treasured, or laughed, at a moment that i stressed. ughghg. i LOVE the picture of elijah between your legs--your legs look awesome there!:)

I think it's funny. We used to try to get in the background of people's pictures whenever we went places in HS and college - looking confused, making stupid faces, posing as supermodels. We thought we were so funny. Love that first picture of Ashleigh. That would be my expression at 6am. But it looked like fun anyways.

I think that would be very funny. I'm sure I'd be annoyed if it was MY pictures you screwed up- but I can very much see you doing that!
