just having a little fun.
i cut elijah's hair and it looked aweful. i tried to convince to go to a barber shop and get it cut but he wouldn't go. he said i could cut it at home. so i tried again. it looks a little better. at least i could spike it. he looked so cute i had to take pictures, then ashleigh had to take pictures. i love when they enjoy playing in front of the camera.




elijah got this car on his 1st birthday. he turns 5 on the 9th! he's so big!!!

ashleigh's a little hopper. she jumps everywhere. she doesn't walk, or run. just jumps. so almost every picture of her is blurry. but still fun.

so how was your weekend and valentine's day?
we had a lot of fun
elijah had a party at school. he was so excited and he still carries around his cards and likes to look at them. i love that kid. so they were studying eygpt. they had a themed party where they had chariot races, and other fun games (i didn't get to take pics of the races i was busy handing out stones for other games)

here's his teacher with their mummified food (lijah thinks it like mommified, he came home with a mummy he made at school when i asked him what it was he said it was a "mommy" too funny)

and i was taking pictures of the house yesterday and while i was editing them this is what the kids were doing. so here's pics just because it's funny and they do this all the time (put on powers elijah calls it, i think he's been watching too much incredibles) really i hope you can see he's wearing his underwear on top of his pants like mr. incredible.

if the weather wasn't so windy i'd be out taking more pics of my kids so i could edit them on my new computer that's so fast!!!

oh yeah, so valentine's day we bought a new computer, went to lunch with mario's grandma and grandpa, then we went to a friends house to play guitar hero, came home and put the kids to bed and then made dinner (i got the idea of making dinner after kids are in bed for a special treat from another friends blog) we pigged out on crab legs, shrimp and lobster it was amazing. the crab legs were huge!!! the biggest i've ever eaten. and the butter was delicious. it was a perfect day. i love being spoiled. then sunday morning mario let me sleep in while he took care of the kids. love that man!!!

mini shoot dates

so the first mini shoots are over and they were so much fun. i got so many fun pictures. i'm getting ready to post the dates for april but was wondering how much interest i had for that month because i was thinking of adding 2 dates. you know it's starting to get warm then and everyone has cute new easter clothes. one date would definatly be at the botanical gardens but i don't know about the second date. let me know if you're interested in an april mini shoot so i can schedule 2 if i need to.

soon to be married in May...

we had a lot of fun running all over old town. I can't wait to photograph their wedding.
this was my firt shoot with dogs. luckily they were little and very cooperative and cute. actually everyone was very cooperative and cute!

so i just have to comment on this photo...we were totally there first taking pictures and these people just walked up behind us and posed for a picture. they knew we were there taking pictures and didn't even wait for us to be done. so i did the most logical thing and took a picture of them taking a picture in our backgound. that's what anyone else would've done right?
