this mom and i have been trying for the past month to get her family together on a day when the weather was decent. since their son is leaving next week to go on a mission for 2 years we had to get together this week. yesterday was beautiful but the rest of the week (as is evident today) was looking windy and cold so we decided last night to try and get together. i'm so glad we did the light was perfect and it was warm and just a little "breezy" (or as my dad says "breezy is still 20mph gusts")
sometimes i go to a photo shoot and i think wow these people are so awesome, the location is awesome, the light is awesome i hope i don't screw this up too bad. then i scan through the pictures on my camera and i think "well maybe there's a couple good ones". then i open up the files on my computer and i get so excited and i can't wait to share them. that's what happened today. especially when i saw the pictures of mom and dad. sorry i got a little flare happy.
and then there were the boys. i always thought i'd have just boys but ashleigh happened and i love that little girl to pieces but i always thought it would be so cool to be the mom of three boys, because moms of all boys always seemed so neat to me. and i love the way a bunch of boys love and take care of their mom. girls are pretty cool too.

number 3 is on his way
saturday was the best!
i feel like i've been so out of it with the awful windy weather and so busy with everything else. it was so nice to get back out taking pictures on saturday and i was loving the rain. i new it was a blessing when the rain stopped for just a bit so we didn't get soaking wet and freeze while we were taking pictures. i had a cousin photo shoot and it was tons of fun. these kids are all amazing and i hope i get to work with them and their families again!
