HapPy BiRthDaY!!!

it WAS her birthday yesterday. i got too busy and didn't have time to post these pictures. she's getting so big and i've loved every moment i've had with her and look forward to every minute i get to spend with her still to come. i can't believe she's already 3!!!

we didn't get to celebrate her birthday the way i wanted. but having a baby kind of postponed things a little. rather than having a makeshift birthday party i decided to wait a week to celebrate when there's lots of family and friends around. i just couldn't pull it together in time. when she looks back at her 3rd birthday she won't remember we celebrated a week late, right? my husband thinks birthdays are to be celebrated for a week (or month) anyways.














maybe she seems so grown up all or a sudden because now she's a big sister! every morning she tells devyn good morning and gives her kisses and asks to hold her. i used to be the first one to get kisses in the morning. i'm glad she has a sister to share things with and play with (and fight with, and complain about).
